Thai Chicken Meatballs (Asian Recipe)

Recipe for 6-8

1/2kg ground chicken meat
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon ginger, powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Juice of half a lemon
Vegetable oil for frying

In a large bowl, mix ground chicken and bread crumbs. Add green onions, chopped cilantro, chilli sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix well.
Using damp hands, form mixture into medium sized meatballs. Make sure all balls have the same size to need the same cooking time.
Heat enough vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken balls in batches until golden brown.
Serve with fried noodles and sweet chilli sauce on the side. Enjoy!
