Veggie Wrap with Hummus (Mediterranean Recipe)

Recipe for 2

Ingredients:
2 large tortillas
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 large carrot, chopped into thin matchsticks
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into thin matchsticks
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped into thin matchsticks
1 cup lettuce, cut by hand
2 tablespoons hummus
Salt/Pepper

Preparation:

Fold the tortillas into aluminium foil and warm in a preheated oven for 3-4 minutes.
To assemble the wrap, spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on one side of a tortilla. Then sprinkle over the hummus some onion, carrot, pepper, and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold the tortilla into a wrap and fix it with two toothpicks on the two ends. Cut into half and serve. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the ingredients.
Serve this tasty sandwich type dish with French fries. Enjoy!
