Recipe for 2
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (white or brown)
8 thin slices uncooked bacon
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup lettuce cut in chucks by hand
1tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/3 teaspoon paprika, powder
Salt
Preparation:
In a non-stick pan fry (no oil) for 2-3 minutes the bacon turning occasionally. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on a paper towel. Toast the bread until crunchy.
In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard and paprika.
To prepare the sandwich firstly spread a generous portion of the mayo sauce on a slice of bread. Over the sauce place 4 slices of cooked bacon, 1-2 slices tomato (season tomato with a pinch of salt), and finally a generous quantity of lettuce. Finish the sandwich by topping lettuce with another slice of bread.
Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
