Mongolian Chicken BBQ (Asian Recipe)


Recipe for two
Ingredients:
½ kg chicken breast cut in cubes
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (shredded)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation:
Place the chicken in a bowl and add the ginger, the sesame seeds, and the teriyaki sauce. Stir all the ingredients together and cover the bowl with a foil. Make sure that the teriyaki sauce covers the chicken. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least an hour. It will taste much better if you leave it there for 12 hours. Therefore, it would be a good idea to prepare this for the next day.
Remove the bowl from the fridge and have ready 4-5 skewers (depending on their length). Place the chicken on the skewers. Cook those 3-4 minutes on each side on a grill. Serve with some rice, preferably steamed. Enjoy!
