Grilled oregano T-Bone Stakes

Recipe for 4

Ingredients:
4 thick T-bone steaks
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoon dried oregano, crashed
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt

Preparation:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, pepper, oregano and garlic. Place the steaks on a shallow dish and rub the garlic mixture all over the meat. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.
Remove the steaks from the refrigerator an hour before cooking. Preheat a grill over medium/high heat. Place steaks onto hot grill. Grill the steaks for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done to your preference. Just before finishing grilling season with salt.
Serve your steaks directly from grill with salad and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
