Pepper Grilled Sirloin Steak

Recipe for 4

4 thick sirloin steaks 
2 teaspoons coarse salt
4 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted


Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
Place the meat on a flat surface and season both sides of steak with salt and pepper. Grill the meat to desired doneness (about 8 minutes per side for medium-rare). While grilling brush once with butter each side.
Remove from grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 6-8 minutes before serving.
Serve with French fries and honey mustard. Enjoy!
