Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients:
4 thickly chopped pork chops with bone
1/3 cup olive oil
1.5 tablespoons of oregano
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Place in a bowl with a lid the olive oil, pepper and oregano. Mix the ingredients in the bowl and close with the lid. This will allow the olive oil to be flavoured with the scents of oregano.
Prepare the charcoal grill for moderate heat. Place the pork chops on the grill not too close to the heat. Allow the meat to start cooking and turn over (2-3 minutes). Brush the meat with the flavoured olive oil and continue cooking. Repeat the same process for the whole quantity of oil. Just before the completion of cooking of the meat season with salt. Grill according to our own preferences.
Serve the pork chops while still warm with pita bread and salad. Enjoy!
