Easy Beef Schezuan Stir-Fry

Recipe for 4

Ingredients:
600gr boneless beef
1 large green bell pepper, thickly chopped
2 large carrots, chopped into strips
1 cup fresh green beans, thoroughly cleaned and thickly chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons beer
4 tablespoons red dry wine
1 teaspoon ground fresh ginger
1 medium onion, thickly chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon peanut oil or sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, powder

Preparation:

Cut the beef into thin strips, and place it in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix soy sauce, beer, lemon juice, wine, oil, and spices (ginger, garlic and pepper) and pour over meat.
Soak meat for 2-3 hours at room temperature. While meat is soaking, prepare the vegetables.
Preheat a large skillet or a wok. Drain meat and save liquid. Place meat in the wok and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, add vegetables (bell pepper, carrots, green beans, onion and celery). Stir fry for one more minute. Add marinade liquid and stir fry for 8-10 minutes or until liquid minimized. Serve directly from wok with steamed rice. Enjoy!
