Recipe for 4
4 sea bass fillets (boneless)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
The fish fillets do not need more than 6-7 minutes in total to cook, therefore you have to keep this in mind while preparing this recipe.
Pour the olive oil in a large frying pan (or wok) and let it warm up to high temperature. Place the fish fillets in the pan (if the pan is not large enough to hold all the fillets simultaneously you can repeat the process). Add the ginger, salt and pepper and turn the fillets. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes, and then turn it over. Pour over the fillets the teriyaki sauce and cook for 2 more minutes each side.
Serve the fish while still hot with fried rice. Enjoy!
