Recipe for 4
500gr spaghetti pasta
500gr peeled and deveined shrimps (preferably medium size)
4 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
A pinch Kosher salt
2 tablespoons butter
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add two tablespoons olive oil and stir.
Meanwhile, heat the rest of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute (do not let it brown).
Add the shrimp, wine, red pepper, and salt. Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque. Stir in the butter and wait until it melts.
Add the pasta in the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp mixture.
Serve the spaghetti while still hot. Enjoy!
