Recipe for about 30-35 cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
340gr Milk Chocolate M&Ms
Preheat oven to 180oC.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy Add the egg and vanilla extract. In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture into butter/sugar mixture and blend.
Stir in M&M’S Candies and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Collect some dough with your fingers and form small balls. Arrange them on ungreased cookie sheets leaving about 5cm space among them.
Bake 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and centres are still soft. Do not overbake. Remove from oven and let them cool completely before serving.
Serve them at any time of the day. Enjoy!
