Recipe for 6-8
120g. dark chocolate
110g. butter, unsalted
Zest of an orange
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler (bain-marie). Beat the eggs and sugar in an electric mixer until lighter in color and fluffy. Add melted chocolate in the egg mixture.
Sift flour and cocoa; add them with the zest in the eggs/chocolate mixture. Stir to combine.
Grease and dust with flour a round baking pan (diameter about 20cm). Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (200oC).
Allow to cool and remove from the pan.Serve dusted with icing sugar. Enjoy!
