Chocolate-Chip Cookies

Recipe for approximately 35 cookies

Ingredients:
350gr butter (unsalted)
375gr dark sugar
2 eggs
600gr flour
10gr baking soda
10gr vanilla
400gr chocolate chips

Preparation:

Place in a mixing bowl the butter and sugar. Using a handheld electric mixer combine the two ingredients until well mixed (light color). Add the eggs and continue mixing. Then add the remaining ingredients (flour, baking soda, vanilla, chocolate chips). Mix the ingredients all together to a soft dough. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 190oC. Collect small quantities of dough in your fingers and form it into small balls (like a small meatball). Arrange the dough balls on a cookie sheet and leave some space between them. With your palm lightly press the balls downwards, just to loose their round shape.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven. When its time to  remove them from the oven your cookies will be too soft. Therefore you need to let them cool down before you remove them from the baking sheet.
Serve them with coffee or even warm milk. Enjoy!
