Beer Battered Fried Mushrooms with Curry (Easy Recipe)

Recipe for 4-6

600gr white mushrooms (choose small and equal sized)
1.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon curry powder
1.5 cups beer
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon black pepper, powder
3 cups bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying


Preheat enough vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
Place in a mixing bowl beer, egg, salt, pepper, curry powder and stir to mix. Then add little by little the flour and whisk until a soft batter is formed (you might not need all the noted flour).
Let the batter stand for 3-4 minutes. Then dip the mushrooms into the batter and then coat them with bread crumbs.
Fry the mushrooms in the preheated oil until golden brown.
Serve directly from the frying pan with sour cream. Enjoy!
