Oreo Cookie Balls

Recipe 12-15 for people

1 Regular Size Package Oreo Cookies
250gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 white couverture bar (appr. 400gr.)


Place your Oreo Cookies in a large plastic bag and using a dough roller or a similar object crush your cookies very well and place them into a large bowl. You may want to do a few cookies at a time to make sure they are well crushed.
When you have all the cookies crushed add the cream cheese. Using a large spoon, mix the cookies and the cheese together very well.
Lay a large cookie sheet on a flat surface. Take cookie mixture in your fingers and form a ball in the size of a small meatball. Repeat this procedure for the whole quantity of cookie mixture and arrange them in the cookie sheet.
Place in a double boiler the white chocolate and until melted completely.
Dip the cookie balls in the melted White Chocolate and arrange them back on the cookie sheet. Allow them to harden well. Place them in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve them directly from refrigerator. Enjoy!
