Recipe for 8-10
Ingredients:
2 eggs
60ml olive oil
130ml condensed milk
250gr. flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon crushed dried mint
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
260gr. grated halloumi cheese
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180oC. Layer the basis of a bread pan with a cookie sheet.
Beat the eggs in a mixer for about three minutes. Add the olive oil and milk and processes for three more minutes. Then add the flour, baking powder, mint, salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the grated halloumi cheese using a spoon.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown on top. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes.
Serve your cheese pie warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
