Oven Baked bream with herbs

Recipe for 2

Ingredients:
1 bream (about 300g) cleaned thoroughly
1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small bunch of parsley
1 small onion, peeled
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the lemon in half. Slice thinly the one half and juice the other half.
Place in a food processor the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley and onion and process all ingredients together until they combined. Remove the mixture into a bowl and add the bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir and let the breadcrumbs to absorb the flavours.
Arrange a large enough oven paper on a cookie sheet; arrange in a line some lemon slices and place over them the fish. Using a spoon, spread over the fish the sauce with the breadcrumbs.
Arrange over the fish the rest of the lemon slices and the garlic cloves. Close the paper tightly in a package form so that there will be no space for vapours to escape during baking. However allow some space inside the package for the vapours to flow within the package.
Bake in preheated oven (190oC) for 20-25 minutes.
Serve directly from oven with salad and fresh bread. Enjoy!
