300gr nacho chips
1½ cups grated easy melting cheese (preferably edam)
1/2 cup onions chopped
1 cup tomatoes thinly cubed
1/2 cup green pickled chillies, sliced
1½ cups lettuce thickly chopped
Preheat the oven to 170oC.
In an ovenproof dish (not very deep) place the nacho chips and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place the dish in the oven for five minutes or until the cheese melts completely. Do not let it more time than it needs because the cheese will get crusty.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and chillies.
Serve immediately while still hot. Enjoy with a nice cold beer!
