Recipe for 2
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast skinless no bones, cooked on a grill
2 large tortillas
1 cup lettuce, thinly chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon paprika, powder
Juice of half lemon
Preparation:
In a small bowl, place the mustard, mayonnaise, salt, paprika and lemon juice and stir well to mix.
Wrap tortillas in a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven to warm for three minutes. Remove tortillas from oven and place each one of them flat on a large round plate. Using a spoon spread enough mustard mixture on one side of the tortilla, covering almost its entire surface.
Over the sauce spread half of the lettuce, half of tomato, half of onion and half of the cheese.
Cut the already cooked chicken breast into thin strips and spread half of the chicken over the cheese. Taking one side of the tortilla begin to wrap tightly turning inwards until you reach the other end. Once you have finished wrapping use a very sharp knife and cut it in half.
Serve with French fries. Enjoy!
