BBQ Chicken Wings (Asian Recipe)

Recipe for 6-8

1kg chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic, thinly chopped
1/4 cup orange juice, fresh
1/2 cup brown sugar


In a large bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, orange juice, and sugar. Use an egg beater to mix well. Place the chicken wings in the sauce, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat the grill (preferably charcoal) for medium-low heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange chicken on the grill, and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken wings for about 25 minutes, occasionally turning them. Continue grilling until juices run clear. Serve hot with some steamed rice! Enjoy!
