Shrimp salad (Refreshing Recipe)

Recipe for 4

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon ginger powdered
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon freshly grounded pepper
3 cups lettuce chopped
2 cups cooked shrimps, (if not small cut them into 2-3cm pieces)
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup fresh green onions chopped
½ cup carrot, grated

First prepare the dressing. Stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, ginger, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Refrigerate for one hour.
In a salad bowl stir shrimps, lettuce, eggs, carrot and green onions. Cover and refrigerate until dressing is chilled. Remove from refrigerator and add in the salad bowl the dressing. Stir well. Serve cold. Enjoy!
