Linguini Shrimp Rosa

Recipe for 4 people

Ingredients:
500g linguine pasta
16-18 medium shrimp, peeled and devained
1/2 cup semi-dry white wine
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt/Pepper
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation:
