Recipe for 2
4 slices sandwich bread
4 slices Emmental cheese (Swiss Cheese)
6 thin slices ham
2 thin slices fresh pineapple
2 tablespoons butter
Layer one slice of bread with 1 slice Swiss cheese, 3 slices ham, 1 pineapple, and another slice of cheese. Top with a second slice of bread.
In a skillet over medium-low, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add the sandwich and Cover the skillet. Cook until golden, 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip and cook other side, covered, until cheese is melted. Repeat the same procedure, for the rest of the ingredients.
Serve the sandwiches while still hot. Enjoy!
