Grilled Paprika Pork Chops

Recipe for 4

4 pork chops (no bone)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon mixed bbq spices
1/3 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt


Place in a large bowl the pork chops, the olive oil, the paprika, and the mixed spices. Using your hands mix thoroughly the spices with the meat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Prepare the grill (charcoal or even grill pan) to medium/high heat. Remove the meat from refrigeration and place it on the grill. Cook each side for 8-10 minutes and season with salt while grilling. Adjust cooking time according to preference.
Serve directly from the grill with jacket potatoes and green salad. Enjoy!
