Recipe for 4
Ingredients:
4 Tuna Fillets or steaks,
2 tablespoons freshly grated root ginger
1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, crashed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Extra olive oil for grilling
Preparation:
Place the cumin, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, grated ginger and salt in a shallow dish and mix to combine.
Add the fish in the mixture and turn to coat on all sides.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush it with olive oil. Grill each fillet for 3-5 minutes on each side or according to your liking.
Serve the fillets directly from the grill and garnish it with fresh salad and mixed rice. Enjoy!
