Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

Recipe for 4

Ingredients:
20 chicken wings, tips removed
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2/3 cups milk
1 bottle bbq sauce
1/4 cup honey
Vegetable oil for deep frying

Preparation:

Wash chicken wings and remove tips. Drain as much as water as possible. Place the flour in a bag and toss wings to lightly coat.
Place eggs and milk in a bowl and mix well and set aside
In a different bowl mix BBQ sauce and honey and set aside
Take one by one the wings and coat in egg mixture and toss back in flour. Repeat 2-3 times to create a heavy coating
Place enough vegetable oil for deep frying in large frying pan and preheat to medium-high heat. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towels
Preheat oven to 180oC.
Dip the fried wings in honey bbq mixture and place on a greased cookie sheet leaving some space among them. Bake about 15 minutes until they no longer look shiny.
Serve directly from the oven with a cold beer.
