Buffalo Chicken Wings (American Recipe)

Recipe for 6-8

2kg chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter (1/2 stick)
4 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
Vegetable oil for frying

Chop off the tip of each chicken wing, and discard it. Chop the wing in half through the joint to make 2 pieces. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.
Heat the oil over high heat in a deep frying pan until it starts sizzle.
Add a portion of the chicken wings and cook until they're golden and crisp, stirring or shaking occasionally. When done, remove them and drain on paper towels and cook the remaining wings.
Melt the butter over medium heat in a heavy saucepan. Add the hot sauce, paprika and the white wine vinegar. Stir well and remove from the flame immediately.
Place the chicken wings in a deep bowl and pour over them the sauce. Shake and stir well the wing to cover with the sauce. Serve while still hot with celery sticks and creamy cheese. Enjoy!
