Recipe for 4
4 thick pork chops
1/2 cup of milk
1/3 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread crumbs
Preheat the oven to 200oC.
Whisk the eggs well in a medium bowl with the milk. Add the salt and pepper and stir to mix.
Put the bread crumbs in a larger bowl. First, dip a pork chop into the egg mixture and let it cover thoroughly. Then remove from egg mixture and immediately place into bread crumbs to coat completely. Repeat the procedure for all pork chops.
Place the pork chops side by side on a large griddle. Place the griddle in the oven and cook for 15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Do not overcook because it will be chewy.
Serve with steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
